I've had to wait quite a while on some nights and I don't think they take reservations. Worth the wait.
Love the Pesto Cafe. Small, intimate, good food, live music every Tuesday and Thursday evening. Very friendly staff whom I've become acquainted with.Have been going there off and on for three years. Time may pass, but we as always end up back there. 🙂
Has the best lasagna in Arkansas!
Best Alfredo in town! This local dive serves the best italian food with great service!
I love the food here, but it was disappointing to sit in the parking lot for forty minutes waiting on my food without being called or getting the curbside service I was promised. Especially when I went in to find the employees sitting at the bar after leaving a 21% tip. I don't mind waiting, but to have my food ready after telling them my location in the parking lot and my phone number was quite disappointing.
I liked this little neighborhood restaurant and would gladly return. I had eggplant rigatoni as my entree, which had a delicious sauce; a few more mushrooms would have made it even better. Entrees include a caesar salad, which was good but not great.
We stopped based on the 4 stars but wouldn’t go back. Cheese on top cooked so hard, hubby had to remove it to get to the food below. Their sauce just wasn’t great. Chicken parmigiana was just ok at best. Noodles were cold. Lunch was $30+ with no drinks (water). Pricey for the food quality. When traveling, we stop at restaurants based on reviews but this one definitely didn’t live up to haw many stars it had.
I loved the environment and decorations; it was super cozy and wait staff were very friendly. The spinach artichoke dip was really good and different from what I've had in the past (this one didn't taste so heavy and unhealthy) and the salad was also lightly dressed which was nice. I was a little disappointed with the pasta because it was a bit bland. I ordered the pesto pasta and had to add salt, but once I added it the pasta was quite tasty. The lasagna on the other hand was pretty flavorful.
Was decent several years ago but tonight we got the most bland food ive ever eaten. Not worth the price. Could make something better using a Pinterest recipe for half the price or less in the exact same time for pick up and order. Picked up a to go order but the atmosphere wasn't exactly cleaning. Attached to some weird dirty sketchy hotel.
Me and my wife ate here for Anniversary food was great. Bread brought to table seemed a little hard though.
Best vegan pasta in Northwest Arkansas! I got the vegetable with angel hair with their amazing pesto sauce! They had such a variety of vegetables and they were cooked to perfection! I highly reccomend!
There is a simple rule for Italian restaurant anywhere in world : Do not go to an Italian restaurant if Pizza base is cheap Mexican tortilla. Pesto cafe did exactly the same, superloaded a tortilla with cheese and used store bought sauces. Yucky!!! And this pizza was 11 bucks!!
I love Noodles. Their jalapeno lime chicken parmesan is awesome. So big we half it and have the 2nd half next the day. They are a tad stingy with their pasta. But the staff and the food is great.
Kinda grungy, and a little too warm in there sometimes, but I gotta say the food will knock your socks off. This place is the best Italian fare Ive tried so far in Fayetteville. The ravioli is nothing short of incredible. I can't wait til they are open again after the covid BS is over.
Atmosphere, service and great food. Been around for years!
What a great hidden gem!! We opted for an early dinner, we heard it fills fast. I had lasagna, wonderful! Very casual with a lot if charm!!! Definitely worth the wait.
Always my favorite place to go. Great food and very friendly and efficient staff.
the food was awful. not just bad but shockingly horrible. The server was attentive and pleasant but every food item was inedible. I regret that I will never be returning to the place I once enjoyed so much.
Always great. One of my favorite places to eat in Northwest Arkansas.
Don't let the outside fool you.. This is stop notch Italian restaurant! Great service. Full bar. Great selection. No gluten free pasta, however any dish can be served over bed of spinach and it is great!
Coming from Houston, this place is really good! Everything is made fresh!
They have great food nice little quaint little place it looks like a hole in the wall but it is so good and so nice inside
The best Italian in Fayetteville with the best atmosphere.
Very good food. You would never expect the quality of food to be as good as it is from the outside or maybe even after you've sat down. I would say one of the better Italian places in Fayetteville for sure. Just a little expensive for what it is.
One of my absolute favorite restaurants and has been for years. Every time we eat here we get wonderful friendly service and excellent food.
Great food, nice atmosphere, great beer selection. One of the oldest restaurants in town. A Fayetteville classic!
This place is awesome. My wife & I frequently go when in Fayetville. It's super chill with live music & a "hip" vibe. The food is great, the service is friendly, the prices are not over the top.
Best Italian place in Northwest Arkansas. Definitely a local place. Good consistent service. Food always great. We usually eat the lasagna (best around town) and eggplant Parmesan is superb. Great Cesar salads. The thin crust gourmet pizzas are really yummy.
My favorite!!! Food amazing service friendly and awesome! Try the spinach dip, lobster ravioli..everything on menu was amazing!!
Service and food were amazing! We will definitely be back, and I recommend this place to everyone!
Food was great!! The menu has a wide range of choices. The wait staff is extremely sweet and very accommodating. The place has a nice and cozy setting. I had the eggplant rigatoni while my husband had the chicken marsala. The artichoke dip with garlic bread was really tasty, although the bread could have been softer. Overall, we had a really good time
Small unique restruant. Veery cozy.
The food was great and the crowd there proved it. My food was worth the short wait. 5 Stars
The food is excellent! Authentic Italian!
I ordered the lobster ravioli which was hard, contained 3 shell pieces and was soaking in what seemed to be flavored water. There was a large, brown pile of what I think may have been cheese on top. The peppers far outnumbered the ravioli, were soggy and could in no way have been fresh. An extreme disappointment for almost $20 a plate. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my boyfriend enjoyed the pizza he ordered.
Really great food at a reasonable price! Good wine and beer selection, many vegetarian options, and Caesar salad and garlic bread along with every meal.
The Pesto Pasta was a little bland and dry, but we lived the Manicotti and the Pizza. The Career Salad was also very well made. The kids loved their Hot Chocolate. Overall a lovely quaint place to eat great Italian food ... Expensive if you are used to 3 topping pizzas for $7.99!
Such wonderful service...beyond compare.
Seriously one of the best Italian restaurants in Arkansas. Every time we visit Northwest Arkansas, we always eat at Pesto Cafe. Started eating there about 14 years ago and it’s as good now as it was then. The randomness of it being in the motel adds to the ambiance. Order the chicken picatta and trust me, get the extra capers.
We had eggplant and chicken fettuccine alfredo. Great atmosphere and very unique.
Five of us went to Pesto. Two had really great pizza, made the old way. Three had entrees , which did not live up to the old Pesto standard. Is there a new owner?
Best food and atmosphere in town
The lobster ravioli was the best! Was probably the best Alfredo sauce I've ever had
Excellent authentic food, great atmosphere, and prompt courteous service.
One of my favorite places. Everything is good. Friendly staff.
Why? When you pay $25 for a shrimp meal do you leave the tails on? Last thing I want to have to do is try to find and remove the tails in a sauce and pasta dish. Would have been nice to get a small dish to put them on also if your not going to remove them. With the prices you charge I was expecting better food. Very average. Not worth returning again.
One of my favorite Italian places. I almost always have excellent service. The food is consistent. They offer affordable wine as well as nicer options. It's a quirky and funky little dive spot in the side of a hotel. Decor reflects that vibe. I wish they'd fix their bathroom so it smelled better and didn't need a space heater, but I've mostly accepted it as one of its quirks. I don't know if it's "authentic," but I enjoy it for what it is.
Love this place! The food, the atmosphere, just amazing!
The best Italian food in Fayetteville. Great atmosphere and great service. I place you have to go to if you are I. Fayetteville
Food is always amazing. Service generally very good. I love how funky this restaurant is. Fits perfectly in Fayetteville. My favorite is the Rebecca's pie, but I also love the pesto pasta.
We absolutely love this place. Love the atmosphere and food is delicious!
